Cancellation Policy
——— Respecting Time & Appointments

I understand that life happens—things come up, and unexpected situations can’t always be avoided. However, last-minute cancellations can be challenging, especially when I’ve set aside time just for you.

To ensure fairness and efficiency:
* A £20 deposit is required to secure your booking.
* Deposit is non-refundable, when you make a booking - this can be re-scheduled.
* If you’d like to rebook after a same-day cancellation, I kindly ask for full payment upfront to secure the next appointment.
* When you need to re-schedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Unfortunately, I’ve had instances where clients cancel just an hour, 30 minutes or even 10 minutes before their appointment, leaving me waiting in the studio for hours until my next client.

I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting both my time and yours.
