Introducing @bodyspaceobject

BSO is how I see the world, and in many ways, my love letter to it. These images were shot over the course of this year, an intuitive and intimate process I shared with Renzo Navarro, building this language alongside artists whose practices I’ve long admired. And with most things that I do, I hope to expand this language further :-)

Mikee Naval is a ceramic artist based in Sorsogon, Philippines. Academically trained in Architecture, she creates from a deep understanding of form as narrative — drawing from organic shapes, natural phenomena, gestures of landscapes and human intervention.
