Woooo… I’ve been sitting on this for a while!
🩷

I’m officially training to become a Personal Trainer + Nutrition coach and I’m documenting the whole journey.

Training has changed my confidence, my discipline, and the way I move through life — and I want to share what I’m learning as I go.

I’m taking the time to learn, train, and build this the right way — and I’m so excited to share it as it unfolds.

If you want to follow along welcome 🫶 #BodyWithEls

🎀 THE TUESDAY EDIT | EP. 05 💌

A little look into another Tuesday with me 🫶🏼✨ Today’s been a mix of chilled moments, work, looking after myself and getting things ticked off my to-do list 🤍

🍋 A little ginger shot appreciation: Ginger contains antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties, and it may help with certain types of nausea and digestion. A little wellness boost to start the day! ✨

And next Tuesday’s edit might look a little different… 👀🎀 I’ve got something new to share with you all 💗

As always, thank you for being here and following along with my little journey 🥹🫶🏼

The Tuesday Edit 🎀 | EP. 03

Another busy Tuesday, come spend the day with me 💗

See you next Tuesday for EP. 04 🎀 by @bodywithels

One workout won’t transform your body, just like one missed workout won’t undo your progress.

Your results come from what you do consistently over time, not what you do occasionally.

✨ Focus on building habits you can maintain.
✨ Give yourself time to progress.
✨ Remember that rest is part of the process, too.

Progress isn’t always linear, but every session is an opportunity to learn 💗 by @bodywithels

🎀 Before you worry about calories…

Let’s get the basics right first 🤍

✨ Eat balanced meals
✨ Prioritise protein
✨ Fuel your workouts
✨ Enjoy the foods you love
✨ Focus on consistency, not perfection

Nutrition isn’t about eating as little as possible or cutting out everything you enjoy. It’s about nourishing your body, supporting your goals and building habits that work for YOUR lifestyle.

Small habits add up! Save this for your next nutrition reset 🫶🏼

A little reminder for anyone on their fitness journey 🤍

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up.

Progress isn’t always visible straight away — trust the process, give yourself grace & remember that consistency will always beat perfection. 🎀

Walking into a gym for the first time can feel SO overwhelming — especially when it looks like everyone else knows exactly what they’re doing.

But here’s your reminder: you don’t need to be confident before you start. 🤍

✨ Go in with a plan
✨ Start with machines if that feels easier
✨ Wear something you feel good in
✨ Stop worrying about what everyone else is doing
✨ And remember… everyone started somewhere

Confidence comes from showing up, trying, learning and doing it all again! 🩷

TEST THAT FLAVOUR 🥞

Protein Pancake Diaries — EP. 01 🎀

Starting a new little series where I’ll be trying different protein powders in my pancakes 🤍🥞

First flavour up… Vanilla Crème 🎂✨

I’m using & trialling @per4mbetter, and I get mine from @cnsport as always 🩷

And honestly… these did NOT disappoint 👀🥞

Would you try these?! 🤍

Things I wish someone had told me when I first started strength training 💓🏋🏼‍♀️

There’s so much pressure to lift heavier, train more and eat “perfectly” — but you really don’t need to.

Focus on learning, getting stronger, enjoying your training & staying consistent 🤍

Progress looks different for everyone 🎀

Save this for your next gym session 🫶🏼
