She started on the other side of the room. 💛 Ivanna came to BODY • WRK as a client, fell in love with the movement, the energy, and the community—and eventually decided she wanted to be part of creating that experience for someone else. Now you’ll find her doing the WRK from the front of the room. ✨ 📲 Book your next class with her on the BODY • WRK app today! #HeatedSculpt #InfraredClass by @bodywrkpr
Yes, when we say “now the other side” and you realize you have to do it all again… there’s a reason. 💀💪 Unilateral movements help each side of your body do its own WRK—challenging your balance, stability, coordination, and control while helping you recognize differences between sides. #LagreePuertoRico #Lagree #LagreeFitness #LagreeMethod #HeatedSculpt #InfraredClass #Yoga #HeatedYoga by @bodywrkpr

What actually makes a movement functional? 👀 It’s not about how complicated it looks. Functional movement trains your body for the way it actually moves—pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, carrying, rotating, and stabilizing. The goal? Building strength that goes beyond the studio and supports how you move through everyday life. Train for class. Train for life. Keep doing the WRK. 💪 #LagreePuertoRico #Lagree #LagreeFitness #LagreeMethod #HeatedSculpt #InfraredClass #Yoga #HeatedYoga by @bodywrkpr

A little look back at our Pilates Sculpt Teacher Training. 🫶🏻💥 Two weekends of learning, moving, stepping outside comfort zones, and finding the confidence to lead from the front of the room. 🔥 So proud of everyone who showed up, put in the WRK, and took this next step in their journey. The next generation of instructors is just getting started. ✨👏🏼 by @bodywrkpr

Puerto Rico’s first lagree studio @bodywrkpr they also do infrared heated sculpt & yoga🇵🇷🧘🏽‍♀️❤️‍🔥🩰 by @bodywrkpr
Lagree or weight training? The answer doesn’t have to be one or the other. 👀 They challenge your strength differently. One builds through external load and progressive overload, while the other emphasizes time under tension, control, stability, and muscular endurance. Different stimulus. Different challenge. Both can have a place in a strong routine. 💪 Swipe to see how they compare → #LagreePuertoRico #Lagree #LagreeFitness #LagreeMethod #HeatedSculpt #InfraredClass #Yoga #HeatedYoga by @bodywrkpr
