Is transformation Tuesday still a thing?
2016 —> 2022 😅

I started working out consistently in 2017 after a difficult breakup. Working out with my headphones in was my outlet. I struggled for years to be “good enough” in that relationship, but apparently it still wasn’t “enough.” I was determined for that “revenge body.” Then I got to the point that I wasn’t working out to be “enough,” but rather because when I worked out I felt my best self! I had more energy, I felt strong, I felt confident regardless of how I looked. But if I didn’t get in my best workout, or I missed a day, I would beat myself up, and think I lost everything I’d been working towards.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve learned that missing a day or a week (or even a few weeks - thanks covid), wouldn’t push me back. I’ve learned that I’m going to have great workouts and not so great workouts. The key is consistency. I found the first picture, and saw the progress I’ve made in 5 years from being consistent. I didn’t even realize the progress until I found that picture on the left. The girl 5 years ago would be so proud of me now for sticking with it.

Keep going. Be patient. Stay consistent.🌟💪🏼

How would the person you want to be, spend their time? ✨
I’m not talking about wanting to be someone else, I’m talking about your highest self.
The person you envision yourself to be. How would that person spend their time?

This is a question I’ve asked myself a lot lately that has helped keep me self-motivated, accountable, and grounded. The person I want to be invests in herself. She invests in her health, fitness, nutrition, and rest. She invests in her students, her clients, her family, and the friends that bring positive energy. She shows up for herself even on the hard days.

I am, in no particular order, a:
✔️full time 2nd grade teacher
✔️personal trainer
✔️group exercise coach
✔️friend
✔️sister
✔️learner

☀️ I left home this morning at 7:00am.
👩🏻‍🏫I taught my 21 students
💪🏼I trained a client
🗣️I coached a class

It was 7:00pm and I still hadn’t done my own workout. The easy thing would have been to come home and crash on the couch. How would the person I want to be, spend my time? Do the workout. Walk on the stairmaster. Watch Netflix on the stairmaster. Show up as HER.

And I’m so glad I did. Show up for YOU. Invest in YOURSELF, and watch the shift in becoming the version of you that you want to be.🤍💪🏼

There are 8 weeks left in 2026. EIGHT. 👀

You have a choice how you’re going to spend those 8 weeks. Before you tell yourself you’ll just wait until January…think about what 8 weeks of actually showing up could look like.

You could:
+ Build a consistent workout routine
+ Get stronger and start feeling more confident.
+ Learn how to eat in a way that supports your goals without giving up everything you enjoy.
+ Stop falling into an all-or-nothing cycle.
+ Prove to yourself that you can follow through.

And here’s the thing: You don’t need to do everything perfectly.

Start with 3 workouts a week. Get your daily steps in. Prioritize protein. Drink your water. Build a routine that works with YOUR life. Small things, done consistently, add up.

Don’t spend the next 8 weeks waiting for the “perfect time” to get started because January isn’t going to magically make you more motivated, more disciplined, or less busy.

You can either finish this year PROUD of the effort you put in or spend another 8 weeks wishing you had started sooner. Your choice.

If you’re ready to stop putting yourself on the back burner and finally have a plan that works for your life, let’s talk.

DM me START and let’s make these last 8 weeks count 🤍

134 lbs ➡️ 118 lbs. 🤍

But honestly? The number on the scale isn’t even my favorite part of her results.

When she came to BodyXAlly, she’d been working with a coach who had her bulking without fully understanding why, and she wasn’t seeing the muscle-building progress she wanted.

We got her working toward HER goals. But the biggest change? How she approaches fitness now.
Here’s what she shared:
✨ She doesn’t punish herself anymore when she doesn’t have a perfect day.
✨ She embraces balance instead of feeling like she’s either 100% on track or completely off.
✨ She shows up for workouts even when motivation isn’t there, knowing she’ll feel better for trying.
✨ She gives herself permission to take a full rest day when she needs one.
✨ She doesn’t feel like she has to wait until Monday to start over.

THIS is what I want for every woman I coach.

Because if your fitness routine only works when everything goes perfectly, it’s not a sustainable routine.Real consistency is having an off day and moving on. Enjoying the weekend without guilt. Taking a rest day without feeling lazy. And getting right back to your habits without turning one imperfect choice into an entire week of giving up.

You don’t need to be perfect to get results. You need a plan that works for YOUR goals, the flexibility to live your life, and the consistency to keep going.

The goal isn’t just to change your body. It’s to stop feeling like you have to fight yourself to maintain the results.

Ready to work toward your own results? DM me “RESULTS” and let’s talk about coaching. 💌

Let’s stop acting like missing one workout means the entire week is ruined.

You had a long day. Your schedule got crazy. You were exhausted. Life happened. Okay. Now what?

You don’t need to punish yourself with extra cardio, eat less to make up for it, or wait until next Monday to get back on track.
You just need to continue.

Consistency isn’t never missing a workout. It’s not letting one missed workout become a reason to give up on yourself.

Some weeks you’ll hit every workout. Other weeks you’ll have to adjust. Both can be part of a successful fitness journey.

The women who make progress aren’t perfect. They learn how to keep going when things don’t go according to plan. I juggle 3 jobs, with a different schedule every day and more often than not every week. Not every week is perfect, but I keep going, plan, and adjust.

Save this reminder for the next time life gets in the way. 🤍

And if you’re ready to stop starting over and build a routine that actually fits your life, DM me “CONSISTENT” to learn more about BodyXAlly coaching.

Stop waiting to feel ready.

Discipline is showing up when motivation is nowhere to be found. When you’re tired, when you’re doubting yourself, when you’d rather do anything else.

You don’t need to feel like it. You just need to decide that your goals matter more than your excuses.

Show up anyway. That’s how you build the life you keep saying you want. 💯

Let’s be honest, you don’t want to show up for work everyday, but you do it anyway.

So be honest, are you letting your feelings lead you, or are you showing up regardless? Comment “I’M SHOWING UP” if you’re done waiting for motivation and ready to take action.

Save this for the days you need the reminder, and send it to someone who needs to hear it today. 🔥

If I wanted to lose body fat without living on a diet, here’s what I’d do. 👇🏼

I’d stop trying to eat perfectly.
I’d stop punishing myself with workouts.
I’d stop cutting out every food I enjoy.
And I’d stop treating every Monday like a fresh start.

Instead, I’d focus on the habits that actually move me forward:
✨ Eating enough protein and building balanced meals
✨ Strength training consistently
✨ Moving more throughout the day
✨ Prioritizing sleep and recovery
✨ Learning how to enjoy my life without feeling guilty about food
✨ Showing up even when the week isn’t perfect

Because here’s the truth: you don’t need to be on a diet forever. You need a sustainable system you can actually stick to.

You can want to lose body fat AND enjoy dinner with your friends.
You can have a busy schedule AND make progress.
You can have an imperfect week AND still reach your goals.

But you have to stop expecting results from habits you can only maintain when life is easy.
That’s where having a plan — and someone to hold you accountable — can make all the difference. 🤍

Ready to stop starting over and start building consistency?

DM me READY and let’s talk about coaching.
📌 Save this for the days you feel tempted to start another restrictive diet.
💌 Send it to a friend who needs this reminder.

Ladies, your workouts don’t have to be about burning as many calories as possible. 👏🏼

Lifting weights is about more than looking toned. It’s about building a body that feels strong, being able to do hard things, and taking care of the woman you’re becoming.

You don’t need to lift the heaviest weights in the gym. You don’t need a perfect program. And you definitely don’t need to know everything before you start.

You just need to stop underestimating what your body can do.

Save this as your reminder to start lifting. 💪🏼

And if you want help building a strength routine that actually fits your life, DM me STRONG. Let’s talk about your goals.

Monday Pep Talk 🤍

At some point, you have to get tired of making promises to yourself that you don’t keep.

“This is the week I’ll get back in the gym.”
“I’ll start eating better tomorrow.”
“I just need to get through this busy week first.”

Sound familiar? 👀

Life will always be busy. You don’t need to be perfect or motivated every day. You need to start following through on the promises you make to yourself.

Book the workout. Hit your protein goal. Get your steps in. Stop waiting for another Monday.

You don’t need another fresh start. You need a plan and the accountability to stick with it.🤍

Ready to break the cycle of starting over? DM me “READY”and let’s talk about your goals!

The problem probably isn’t that you need another diet.
You probably already know what you should be doing.

The problem is that your plan doesn’t account for work, weekends, vacations, stress, cravings, social events, busy schedules, and actual LIFE.

You don’t need to be more disciplined.
You need a system that makes consistency easier.

That’s exactly what I help women build inside BodyXAlly.

If you’re tired of starting over every Monday, DM me SYSTEM and let’s chat. 💌

You’re not waiting for January. You’re waiting for permission. 👀

Permission to start.
Permission to get serious.
Permission to believe you can actually stick with it this time.

But here’s the truth:
You have 90 days. USE THEM.
You can spend the next 3 months telling yourself you’ll start in January…
OR you can spend the next 3 months getting stronger, building consistency, feeling better in your body, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of following through.

January isn’t a fresh start if you spend October, November, and December doing nothing.
Start now. Finish strong.

My 90-Day Finish Strong Plan is designed to help you build the habits, strength, and consistency you’ve been saying you want — without waiting for another Monday, another month, or another New Year.

🔥 90 days.
🔥 One commitment.
🔥 No starting over.

If you’re ready to stop saying “I’ll start in January” and actually finish this year proud of yourself, DM me or use the link in my bio to sign up and start your first 7 Days Free. New clients can also use code FINISHSTRONG to get 50% off your next 3 months!

Your future self doesn’t need another promise. She needs you to start. 🤍
