16-months ago I was fresh off my pro card win, thinking about planning my debut when it came to an abrupt halt; I broke my fibula. That break messed with my mind big time and threw me completely out of my routine. For a year I couldn't make my way back to myself, consistently, until I finally realized what was missing - ACCOUNTABILITY!
•
3-months ago (in April), I checked back in with @teamatlaslifestyle I was on; eating to plan and working out with intensity, consistently.
•
I recall a cardio conversation I was having with myself early on that went something like: you put every one of these pounds on and you will work every one of these pounds off!
•
And so I did! 165 --> 147.2 this morning! A 90-day win for me and goal achieved.
•
The work doesn't stop, but I will celebrate successes along the way.
