Welcoming to the grid @harrietstroud …a long standing team member who has helped us from the very early days of @bofitfam with a number of things, but we can now announce she is officially HR of the whole of BoFit 🤝

Since being on board Harriet has completely changed as a person, transforming her physique to out of shape to fire 🔥 she lives and breathes the Bofit lifestyle just like the rest of us, her & her son are part of the family.

This woman is full of ideas and organisation, which made her a perfect fit to control the HR side of everything within the business 📝

Next up to join the team 🤝 our coach in training @tegan_bofit - welcome to the team!

After winning Doomslayer the whole team saw potential in Tegan and the passion she had for the game, so we offered the chance to her and she snapped it up - passion cannot be faked and this girl oozes with it, a true pocket rocket 🚀

A few words from Tegan and her story 👇

‘I’m a training transformational coach who wants to help likeminded people build confidence, resilience, and lasting change from the inside out.

My journey has been shaped by living with Type 1 diabetes, navigating traumatic grief, overcoming personal challenges, and completing my own physical and mental transformation.

Im super passionate about classes and group training and personally train to be a hybrid athlete.

I know firsthand the power of movement, mindset, and consistency.

I’m here to help others break through limitations, create healthy habits, and become the strongest, happiest version of themselves.’

Some journeys are truly inspiring, and Harriet’s is one of them. Round of applause for my lickle Bofit sisterrrrr 👏🏽 👏🏽

She’s completely turned her life around for the better not only for herself, but for her son, Thomas too. It’s been amazing to witness her growth and an absolute pleasure to be a small part of the process.

I’ll let the video do most of the talking, but Harriet, I’m incredibly proud of you, my mate. Everything you’ve achieved has come from your commitment, consistency, and willingness to apply yourself when it mattered most.

Thank you for trusting the process, showing up for yourself, and becoming such a valued and solid member of the @bofitfam family.

As always I’ll let the video do the talking but I have a lot of time for this man, we’ve worked together on and off a few times and his resilience is second to none - a true bloke and now an amazing father figure

New trainee coach has entered the @bofitfam roster ⚔️

@myo_matt_bofit has been a strong client under BoFit now for well over a year and has really proven his worth, specifically in bodybuilding & training methods 📝

He has competed himself which is when he won his first show coached by @danborambo

Wether it’s gaining size, losing weight, or training methods Matt has you covered & is training up to become a great coach.

A year today since the Carpman stumbled through them BoFit doors and got started on what would be a life changing journey 🦈

@carpmandan_bofit was a last minute addition to my Doomslayer Season 2 team and was thrown in to the mix alongside a very strong lineup 💪🏼

At first Danny would be very quiet and for a while I knew nothing other than that he loved to fish 🎣 Over time he would open up to me and before we knew it, we had a new man on our hands. Fitter, stronger, but most importantly more confident than ever 😃 I lead the man through a variety of occasions including competitions, cuts and holidays

Over the last 12 months the whole @bofitfam and I have watched the Carpman go through one hell of a transformation, and he is now very deservedly part of the roster 🫡
