archived ,, dissociated is @betterpetrabetter’s debut EP, collecting a series of works written over the past two years.Spanning 10 tracks, the record brings together ambient composition, R&B-inflected songwriting and digitally manipulated textures. Hazy melodies, drifting vocal fragments and fractured sounds move between moments of coherence and dissolution, exploring dissociation through texture, repetition and contrast, while vulnerability and detachment never fully resolve.Out now everywhere. by @bogdandusol

𝐓𝐞𝐨 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐞 – 𝐓𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐕𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐭à.Da un lato lo sguardo cieco di un Edipo contemporaneo, dall’altro l’ombra di un cantastorie diavolesco che conduce un gruppo di ravers attraverso l’oscurità di un’eclissi generazionale.Dalla ricerca musicale per gli spettacoli teatrali 𝘌𝘤𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪 e 𝘎𝘪𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘢, entrambi diretti da Michela Lucenti, il cantautore Thybaud Monterisi ha composto un 𝐜𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐨 𝐝𝐢 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐢-𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢, 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐚 𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐬𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐝𝐢 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐢 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐆é𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭. Primi piani che sbucano dal buio, tanto simbolico quanto reale.
