So cool to see how far this place has come…

Their Season Passes are on sale, I’d get one before they are gone if I were you, They’re gonna go fast.

Shout out to my brotha @get_juiced_ for clipping me up on this lil line, and to all the homies for riding with us at Bogus since day one. @oscrew

Back with more Bogus Trick Tips ✨

Who wants to learn how to lip on blind two out with @get_juiced_ 🙋‍♀️

Progression Map ⬇️

Approach ➡️
Speed is your friend! Initiate the rotation with your upper body while you’re still on the ground. Angle your shoulders in the direction you want to land on the rail; this will build momentum for the 90º rotation mid-air.

Takeoff ➡️
Keep your shoulders rotated away from the rail and follow through the pop-off with your hips and feet, then square your shoulders back with your skis as you make contact with the rail. Keep your knees bent mid-air to get that tail lift.

Slide ➡️
Aim to land with the toe piece of your binding, making first contact with the rail. Keep your knees bent and the center of gravity low. As you approach the end of the rail, initiate rotation by leading your uphill arm in the direction you want to spin and angling the tip of your downhill ski. Think about bringing your heel to your butt while your edge stays in contact.

Exit ➡️
Pop up, bring your feet together, and look over your back shoulder. Use your arms to counter the leg rotation so your feet make it around first.

Hit the comments with what you want to see next 📲 and we will see you in the park 👀

✨ Bogus Trick Tips ✨

After 3 seasons of telling your homie you’re “just waiting till it feels right to send it” 🫣 there’s no better time than low tide to dial in some park tricks 😉

Let’s learn how to backside board slide with @cheddarchild 🤩

Progression map ⬇️
1️⃣ Start with a proper Backside 5050, approach with your “backside” to the rail. Speed is your friend 👯 last minute speed checks are 👎 Leave the lip with your heel edge slightly engaged and pop an Ollie 🛹 Keep your focus at the end of the rail, not where you want to land on the rail 👀

2️⃣ Backside 5050, but after your board makes contact with the rail, rotate your chest downhill for a center board slide (90° swivel) 🔁 To generate this 90º swivel: unlock your hips from your shoulders and pivot around the center of your board. Keep your shoulders counter-rotated to pop out back to your regular stance at the end of the rail 🔚

3️⃣ Combine both steps! Ollie ⏭️ Swivel in the air ⏭️ Rail contact

Remember, the sequence is Approach, Take Off, Maneuver, Landing (ATML) when getting locked into the rail. Once at the end of the rail, repeat the ATML sequence to finish the trick ✨

Like a video game combo or cheat code, you need to press every button in the right order at the right time!

Should we do more trick tips? ⬇️
