Love this projects to its bones!
That same example when custom millwork provides not only nice pretty storage but also hides things you don’t want to be visible.

With this millwork functional wall we managed to conceal a column and an electrical closet... Can you tell???

When a clients trusts you 100% it brings the best results.

Thank you @phidesigninc for excellent execution!
Thank you @maxim.zinchuk for capturing this beauty so well!

More than 10 years in design and I still get butterflies every time a new project enters the studio.

I’m Katerina @bohem_architecture
Architect, interior designer - the heart and mind behind BòHEM.

But I don’t design homes.
I design the way you live.

How you feel when you wake up.
What stays with you as you move through your space.
What comes to mind the moment you walk through your front door.

What it feels like when everything around you supports you -
instead of overwhelming you.

Because a home has the power to ground you, elevate you,
and bring clarity into your everyday life.

And that’s exactly what I create. taken in Toronto, Ontario by @bohem_architecture

The power of light - the ability to light up a multifunctional space, requires knowledge of implementing multiple light sources on a different layers.

The goal is to create that specific light structure that is unique to the specific space to provide the right atmosphere and ambience through all the hours of the day and night.

Behind every Architectural or Interior Design project, there are thousands of coordinating emails, hundreds of drafting hours, dozens of rejected and approved material samples and one very tired but extremely satisfied person, who no matter what loves the reason that makes him tired @bohem_architecture
