神山 Via Ferrata Day 1｜Timpohon 到 Panalaban，6公里，慢慢走 5 小时 ⛰

8 点到 HQ 报到，行李交给背夫，轻装出发 🥾
天气很好，不赶路，一路走一路看。高原的凉爽加上森林里的宁静，在城市待久了，整个人慢下来了 🌲

抵达后第一件事，是 Via Ferrata briefing，教练教我们怎么使用装备 🧗

去神山的第一天，
基本上就是跟着 Tour 的行程一路出发，
抵达饭店后也没安排什么特别的活动。

吃饭的时候，
突然发现外面有一道很漂亮的光。☀️

于是走出去看了一眼，
没想到——直接出大景了。⛰️✨

有时候旅行就是这样，
最让人惊喜的风景，
往往都不是行程安排好的。

Things nobody tells you about Kinabalu 🏔️

It’s not just about reaching the summit. There are a few things I wish I knew before my first climb — from the unpredictable weather, the cold Laban Rata, long hours of hiking, to the mental challenge of knowing when to push and when to turn back.

So if you’re planning to hike Kinabalu, save this for later! 👀

As an outdoor content creator, this is the first time I've asked you to stay indoor — here's why 🌫

The haze season is back, and this round is hitting parts of Malaysia pretty hard.
It's not just about bad visibility for photos —
the API (Air Pollutant Index) actually tells you when it's unsafe to be outside,
especially for kids, elderly, and anyone with respiratory issues.

So today, we're doing it differently:
🔹 Check APIMS (Jabatan Alam Sekitar's app) before you plan anything outdoors
🔹 If it's "unhealthy" or worse, skip the hike, the run, the cycling etc...
🔹 Proper N95 mask if you really have to be out, not the thin surgical ones
🔹 Stay in, drink more water, let your lungs rest.
🔹 Get a air purifier 🥰

Haze got us all inside today, might as well make it a good one,
with family and loved ones. 🏠

People always say Mount Kinabalu is "the New Zealand of Malaysia" 🌄

But Mount Kinabalu was never trying to be anywhere else.

It doesn't need borrowed scenery to be beautiful — the granite peaks, the sea of clouds, the silence at sunrise. That's not a copy of anything. That's just Mount Kinabalu. 🏔

Almost walked right past this 👀🌿

You wouldn't even know it's there unless you're looking — Plant and Pot Studio just soft-launched their new Aquatic space, tucked away right above Ikabake Cafe. Step in and it's full of plants and aquatic life, so calming you kind of forget you're in a aquatic shop.

Grabbed a slice downstairs after too, and the cakes at Ikabake are genuinely so good. Such a hidden little combo for a chill afternoon out.

保冷箱不是都长一个样吗？
