Being the most authentic version of myself. These words mean a lot to me. They represent inner restructuring and liberation. The path to this goal involves being completely myself and showing myself as I am. I want to sing as loud as I can, I want to dance as freely as I can, I want to be as open-hearted to people as I can, I want to be as silly and childish as I can, I want to be as honest and loving as I can, I want to be as profound and sincere as I can, I want to be as grateful as I can... I want to be and show the most honest version of myself. I know that doesn’t happen overnight. I know it takes work. Vulnerability. Inner confrontation. Feeling through things. But damn it, I’m ready for it. And I love this picture of myself because it shows who I am right now. I know I’m going to get older, that I’m going to get wrinkles and gray hair (or maybe no hair at all, haha). One day I’ll be old. And I want to be able to look back and be honest about who I was. s o f t s p i k e s . . . Either I can soften up around you, or I use my sharp spikes. It’s about self-protection mechanisms. When I feel safe, I can remain in my soft energy, I can trust and let myself go. When I don’t feel safe, I keep my distance. I become more of an observer. For safety reasons, for self-protection. And so this fragile core transforms into a sharp shell. Not to hurt the other but to keep the safe distance to not hurt or lose myself in that interaction. And these spikes don’t show up automatically. Only when boundaries have been crossed. And I am learning to set boundaries. To have them, to stand up for them, and to act accordingly. m u l t i p l y b y 1 0 I love playing around, haha. And I think I finally reached the „editing my stuff in a experimental way“ phase. AND IT’S SO MUCH FUN. This whole expression project gives me so so much. It shows me that creativity has no limits and that it’s all about discovering and trying new things. And I think that’s what life is all about in general. So if you’re reading this – you little creative mind – I want to remind you to just keep doing your creative stuff. Whatever it is. If you love it, never stop doing it. And if you’ve lost it, get it back. It is and always will be yours.
