Nothing like a fresh shipment of corn from our close partners at the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe Reservation. One of our proudest moments was deciding to source our corn exclusively from these folks. Just a few thousand pounds in this picture.

Our new thing to do with leftovers? Put it in a tortilla 🌮 these blue corn tortillas from @bolderchips are soooo good. 🤤 Paired them with leftover tri tip, some sautéed onion, bell pepper and poblano, and topped with baby kale mixed in a cilantro avocado dressing 💚 (1 avo, handful of cilantro, juice of 1 lime, salt, pepper, half a jalapeño, 2 tbsp olive oil and water to thin blended in the @vitamix ) and added cotija cheese on top 😋

We are testing out a few different heirloom varieties of flour for a new flour tortilla - made with 100% sourdough - no added yeast, baking powder, gums or preservatives. We are starting from scratch with zero clients so if you are a food related business/burrito maker, and feel the need to try these out or do business please send us a message. Exciting times!
