No trending sounds, just my old Bmw E36 known as ‘Pablo’ as it was all white I thought it was a fitting name.

Listen to that M50 B20 roaring with an M3 LSD rear subframe conversion, this was a 1993 320i woth original paintwork from factory Alpine White, the only paint that was done was by a Bmw Specialist Painter for the Genuine Msport bumpers.

I bought this car at 18 years old, I saved every penny from doing paper rounds 7 days a week at 6AM before school, knocking on doors washing cars for a fiver, even went to the extent of christmas caroling one year.. God bless anyone that donated to hear my singing😭

This year I was told my life would never be the same again, after spending months in hospital which then lead to me losing the heart I was born with and eventually being blessed with the biggest gift no money can buy being a new heart so I can continue my journey on this planet.

They were right my life would never be the same again.. It’s 10x fucking better, I feel unreal. Healthiest i’ve ever been, slowly getting back into the gym, back to working, i’m able to spend more time with loved ones and mess around with cars and apparently trucks now!

I can confidently say.. I have made it, anything after this is a bonus.

Here is a quote which I found whilst i was in hispital which stuck with me ever since, I will have this tatted on me soon enough..

Here is the newest addition to the collection..

Something I have always wanted! From sitting in the back of my Grandads pickup truck outside our caravan on the summer holidays causing trouble to seeing this climb mountains..

I couldn’t possibily settle for a normal Pickup Truck this is the 2.5L Turbocharged Diesel Ford Ranger XLT, pictures doesn’t do the size of this thing justice but this is a keeper for sure!

Full underneath restoration this has been rebuilt from the chassis to the engine, full respray in it’s lifetime, it just needs a special touch, lift kit and some chunky wide tires and she is going to be a beast!

The first 2 pictures were from a few months ago when we were invited to the Gymshark London Event, such a class event but I remember posting this and adding to the caption how I was so out of breath just walking up the stairs, the signs were always there I just assumed it would pass by, anything to do with your health don’t have my old mindset, get yourself looked at!

The other pictures and videos are the past 2 weeks, I had news my 3 months in hospital was finally coming to an end! Had the best week back home with my friends and family. Celebrated my not so little cousins 20th birthday, shot a my grandads guns, enjoyed some sun by the river, basically just had the whole week large and in charge.

Now i’ve been back in hospital for a few days waiting on a surgery, hopefully be back home next week but this is all part of the rollercoaster, nothing happens overnight! Keep your mental strong and you’ll stay strong!

‘None of us know who we are until you fail, they say a man is defined to his reaction to any given situation’

My dad always told me ‘Everyone is a fighter until they get hit’

Take it how you will but it all relates to mindset, keeping positive, how you react to certain situations and how you handle yourself as a person, learn to handle news you don’t want to hear or see. It’s easier said than done but we all have to fail or take a hit in life to get that wake up call to take every blessing you have and hold onto it.

The first picture was a few months back, I made a few posts during that time constantly saying I had ‘Man Flu’ or my laughing at myself for being out of breath in the gym, to the point I couldn’t bench press anymore to hold my breath for longer than 5 seconds for my top sets.

I never believed in doctors, the first doctor I saw was 3 months ago when I was taken in to have my heart transplant. This is me telling you, if you have any question in not being well, make the call. Health is Wealth.
