🥹🦵 TODAY I DID SOMETHING I’VE BEEN WORKING SO HARD FOR! ❤️

For the first time since my knee replacement, I made it ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BLOCK! 🚶‍♀️🙌

It was only half a mile, but to me, it felt like a HUGE accomplishment! 💪❤️ It wasn’t easy. I had to stop halfway, stretch, and give my knee a break, but I kept going. And I DID IT! 🥹

I’m proud of myself because every little step reminds me how far I’ve come. ❤️ Tomorrow, we’ll see what I can do! 🙏

💬 My TKR warriors, I need your advice! What helped you walk longer with less stiffness and discomfort?

👇 Share your tips and experiences! We’re all learning and healing together. 💜

Hello, my fellow TKR Warriors! 💪🦵❤️

Just wanted to give you all a little update on my recovery journey.

I feel like I’ve hit that 9-week hurdle, and honestly, it’s frustrating! 😩 I’m doing everything my physical therapist recommends, staying consistent with my exercises, and overall, things are going well. But for some reason, I still feel stuck.

My knee gets stiff at times, and I find myself feeling like I should be doing more or progressing faster. I have to remind myself that healing takes time and that recovery isn’t always a straight line.

You would think having gone through this with my other knee a year ago, I would remember what to expect. But surprisingly, I’ve forgotten just how challenging this part of recovery can be!

I guess today I just needed to vent a little. Some days are better than others, and today is one of those days when my patience is running thin. ❤️

To my fellow TKR Warriors, did any of you hit a wall around weeks 8–10? When did you finally start feeling like you were turning that corner?

Thanks for listening and for being such a supportive community. We’ve got this, one bend and one step at a time! 💪❤️

❤️‍🩹 Calling All My TKR Warriors! 🦵💪

I’ve been reading a lot about red light therapy and its potential benefits for inflammation, pain relief, and recovery. After doing some research, I’ve decided to give it a try! 🔴✨

I’d love to hear from my fellow TKR warriors!

Have any of you tried red light therapy during your recovery? Did you notice any improvements in pain, swelling, stiffness, or mobility?

I’m especially interested in hearing about your personal experiences, what worked, and any advice you might have.

👇 Drop your experiences and recommendations in the comments!
