Providing highly skilled performance training fundamentals — on and off the field.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The off-season is calling. Time to get to work.

Lightning Winter Training Camps are open to players from any team or organization, with focused instruction in Catching, Hitting, and Infield beginning October 29-November 3.

NEW this year: detailed player progression reports. Led by Director of Player Development, Coach @theseancoughlin, formerly of the @dbacks organization, our staff has developed reports that go beyond a quick recap.

Families will get meaningful, actionable feedback and real performance metrics from @hittraxofficial and @rapsodobaseball to help them understand how their player is progressing and what to work on next.

As always, our groups are intentionally small so players get focused coaching, meaningful reps, and instruction tailored to their development.

🚨 Spots are already limited:
⚡️ Youth Catching: 1 spot left
⚡️ Youth Hitting: limited spots remaining
⚡️ Saturday Youth Infield: limited spots remaining; waitlists available for other sessions

Sessions run for 7–8 weeks, giving players time to build on what they learn and put it into practice.

Let’s get after it this off-season. Pricing and registration at the link in bio. (Please note, if you do not have a PlayMetrics account, you’ll be asked to create one.)

John Malafronte 🤝 Koerner Wiberg

The duo combined for a no-hitter, as Lightning Fall 16U rolled to a 15-0 win over SW Futures 15/16U at @pg_tourney’s Best of the West Fall World Series in Arizona last week.

On the mound at Goodyear Ballpark (Spring Training home of the Cleveland Guardians), and DEALING.

Some of Coach Matt Pierce’s players recently volunteered at @crossroadsparker's imPACKed event, helping pack nutritious meals for children and communities around the world.

They went ready to work, had a lot of fun, and got to be part of something bigger than baseball, while representing The Lightning Way.

We’re always proud to coach baseball, but we’re even more proud when we see our players showing us the high character young men they're becoming. This is the good stuff! ⚡️

- Speed & agility training with @pivotalsportsperformance
- High-volume, game-ready reps
- Individual feedback throughout the fall
