As Customer Service Week comes to an end, our Principal, Mr. Samuel Irungu, shares a special message with our staff and students. 💙

This week has been a reminder that great customer service goes beyond what we do, it’s about how we make others feel.
From going the extra mile to showing kindness, professionalism and genuine care, every interaction matters.

To our staff and students, thank you for being part of the BIHC experience and for continuously striving to make a difference. Let’s keep the spirit of excellent service going, long after Customer Service Week ends. ✨
