✨I believe it is a time for a reintroduction✨

I didn’t start my career in the financial world.
I was a pharmacy technician studying Biology 👩🏾‍⚕️📚 working long shifts and trying to figure out my long term path.

In 2021, a mentor introduced me to the financial industry and it opened my eyes ✨ I’d always felt there was more out there for me.

As I got licensed in life insurance, investments, and mortgage loans💸.

I realized something: most people are surviving, not thriving.
Losing loved ones early and moving to a new country showed me how many immigrants don’t truly understand how money works in the U.S 🌍💔

That’s when this became more than a career shift.
It became my mission ❤️

Today, I help individuals and families build confidence, protection, and long term growth through simple financial strategies 💡 And as my business grows, I’m building a team of driven people who want income, impact, and leadership 🌱

You can expect content on money, mindset, my personality, and everything in between 💬💰

You got the raise. Why does your bank account still look the same? 👀

An extra $500 can disappear quickly when every dollar becomes permission to spend more.

Before you upgrade your lifestyle, decide how that extra income will help you move forward. Give some to your goals, create breathing room, and leave room to enjoy what you worked for. 💙

This breakdown is an example. Adjust it to fit your bills, debt and priorities.

📌 Save this before your next raise and share it with someone who just got one!

You can make more money and STILL feel broke. 💸

And sometimes, it’s not because you’re not making enough. It’s because your lifestyle is growing faster than your financial progress.

You get a raise, and suddenly the things you couldn’t afford before become your new normal.

The nicer apartment, the new car, more trips, more eating out.

Nothing wrong with enjoying your money! 👏🏾

But here’s the question: Is your financial future benefiting from your increased income too?

If you’re making an extra $1,000 a month, how much of that is going toward building wealth versus maintaining a more expensive lifestyle?

💰 Give your money a purpose.

📈 Make room for saving and investing.

📝 Create a plan BEFORE your income increases.

Because the goal isn’t just to make more money. It’s to have something to show for it.

Be honest, have you ever gotten a raise and still wondered where all your money went? 👀👇🏾

Save this as a reminder to give your money a job!

How many times have you told yourself, “I’ll start saving when I make more money”? 💭

Or “I’ll start investing when I get my next raise”?

But here’s the thing. If you don’t develop the habit of managing what you have today, earning more doesn’t automatically change that.

Start where you are. 📌

💰 Even if it’s $20 a week, learn to set money aside consistently.

📝 Create a plan for your income before it hits your account.

📈 And when your income increases, make sure your financial goals benefit too.

The goal isn’t just to make more money. It’s to become more intentional with the money you make.

Small habits today can make a big difference tomorrow. ✨

What’s one financial habit you’re working on improving before the end of 2026? 👇

You got the raise. Congratulations! 🎉👏🏾

But here’s the question: Did your financial goals get a raise too? 👀

One of the easiest habits to fall into is increasing your lifestyle every time your income increases.

You start making more money, so you start spending more money. A nicer car, more shopping, more outings, more subscriptions.

And before you know it, you’re making more than you ever have, but your savings and investments aren’t reflecting it.

There’s nothing wrong with enjoying the money you work hard for. But your future deserves a portion of that increase too.

Before your next raise hits, decide how much will go toward:
💰 Building your emergency fund
📈 Investing for your future
💳 Paying down debt
✨ Enjoying your life

The goal isn’t just to make more money. It’s to actually have something to show for it.

Save this for your next payday and share it with someone who needs the reminder. 💙

Your paycheck hit. Now what? 👀💸

Before the bills, brunch, and “I deserve it” purchases take over, give your money a plan.

You deserve to enjoy what you earn AND make progress toward your goals. That starts with habits you repeat every payday, even when the amount you can set aside is small.

Save this checklist for your next payday ✅
Which habit do you need to work on most? Tell me below.

Some seeds take longer to grow. 🌱

The conversations I’m having today are reminding me that consistency doesn’t always give you immediate evidence that it’s working.

Keep showing up.
Keep planting.
Keep following up.
Keep getting better.

Because while you’re waiting for the seeds you planted to grow, you should be growing too.

So when the opportunity comes back around, it meets a version of you that’s actually ready for it.

The habit: keep going, even when you can’t see the results yet. 🤍

Everybody keeps asking me: “Okay, so what’s the alternative?” 👀

For many families, the strategy can be simple:

Get the life insurance protection you need today while intentionally building assets for tomorrow.

Invest. Build wealth. Pay down debt. Grow your retirement accounts. 📈

The goal is to get to a place where your assets are doing more of the heavy lifting and your dependency on life insurance can decrease over time.

Now, are there situations where someone may have a longer-term or permanent need for life insurance? Absolutely. Your individual financial situation, family needs, and goals matter.

But I don’t believe the goal should automatically be needing life insurance forever.

Insurance has a job. Investing has a job. And your financial strategy should be intentional about both.

If you’ve been following my IUL conversations this week, save this one and share the series with someone who needs to hear another perspective. 💙

Follow for more financial education without all the unnecessary confusion.

What nobody tells you about taking money out of your IUL 👀

First, “taking money out” can mean a withdrawal, a policy loan, or surrendering the policy. Those are NOT the same thing.

But when people talk about using their IUL cash value while keeping the policy, policy loans are often part of that conversation.

And here’s what you should know:

💰 You’re borrowing against the policy’s cash value
📈 The loan can accrue interest
⚠️ If you die with an outstanding loan + interest, it can reduce the death benefit your beneficiaries receive

And when someone says, “I was able to access money from my IUL almost immediately,” ask:

How much did you put in to access that amount?

Putting in $5,000 and being able to access part of that $5,000 does NOT mean your $5,000 grew.

Access to money and growth of money are two different conversations.

Know what you’re paying for and how it actually works.

Save this before your next life insurance conversation 📌 and follow for more financial concepts explained simply.

The part of an IUL they don’t always explain to you😫

Your premium may stay the same while your cost of insurance increases as you get older.

And when those numbers stop working together, your cash value can end up funding the difference.

That’s why “it’s designed to build cash value” isn’t enough of an explanation.

You need to understand how the policy actually works before you put your money into it.

Read your policy. Ask questions. Know what you’re paying for.

And if you are unsure and need help. Reach out.
