Some of life’s greatest joys💛

Life updates from little ole me: been married to my best friend for a year and a half now and we keep getting the joy of celebrating other people’s love, moved to a different state (sorry for the Irish goodbye), got to celebrate my best friend turned momma, spent quality time with the world’s greatest humans, had to move away from one of the biggest influences on my life (reminder to be a good neighbor, you never know who you’ll meet), enjoyed the beauty of the good Lord’s creation, celebrated my incredible father who has sacrificed countless years of comfort to provide for his family and pursue his dreams, learned I get to become an aunt to the most wonderful baby boy, celebrated my sister completing her masters, and got to rejoice that in the hard moments as it allows you to find people who just make life better!

too many exciting things happening in the heart of fayetteville, ar!!

• my girls went XO!! the Lord is at work and we are at His will!! praises up!!
• I’ve learned that my pillow fluffing obsession exceeds the walls of @chiomegapsi
• despite feeling like my hair is on fire 90% of the time, I still have an incredibly supportive community who loves me unconditionally. I literally don’t deserve them.
• one direction got back together!!
• living in a sorority house your junior year is by far the best. ever. especially when your roomies are the coolest cats ya know.
• @drinkgenz is still my weird, yet spunky pride and joy.
• fayetteville fall is almost here. #wordddddddd.

On November 21st I was slated as the new house manager for @chiomegapsi and having only been in position for two months it has been a RIDE!! I’ve been blessed with the most amazing teammates, crazy to do lists, and the coolest house mom who has become one of my best friends. Through pipes bursting, being the chef on snow days, and fluffing pillows like no body’s business I have been having the TIME OF MY LIFE in 2022. The Lord is so faithful and continues to overflow my cup with the kindness and patience of others.

My advice: Pursue things that scare you and embrace the journey especially when it goes in directions you didn’t expect. Say hi to the person you don’t know, write a sweet note to someone, and don’t hide behind the label of “busy.” We always have time…we just have to make small sacrifices to be intentional with those around us.
