We are excited to present the second solo offering on BONSE1 - a sublime 5-tracker from Scottish-born, London-based producer McGregor, titled ‘Abound’🌀

Collaging field recordings, Gaelic folksongs and crystalline electronics along the way, each track conjures images of highland landscape and mineral coastline throughout 🍃

The EP is available to pre-order on our Bandcamp now, and the first single, 'Craobh Nan Ubhal (feat. Clara Pople)' is available to stream in full 💚

🌸 Release Day 🌸

So happy to be releasing Dormant Season, our first solo EP, into the world today.

Huge thanks to everyone involved, first and foremost @mail_er_ for these stellar tracks, that arrived fully formed last year. They immediately stuck out to us as a fitting addition to the evolving sound of BONSE1, and we’re really proud that we get to release them 🩵

@xxlyv for the stunning artwork, perfectly encapsulating what we had in our brains once again.

Rupert Clervaux for his pristine mastering work.

@cocktailpartyeffectmusic for the mix down on Cartographer.

You can listen via streaming services now and buy it via Bandcamp. Any feedback or support is hugely appreciated 🫡 by @bon_se1

McGregor - Abound | available 24th April 🌓

Rooted in tracks composed for various live sets over the last couple of years, the EP is a mesmerising extension of the Scottish producer’s singular sound.

It’s a privilege to release these tracks and we’re really proud to be getting this one out.

Swipe for a taste of the tracks out in the wild at functions like @terra.obscura and @frittofm, and some of the moods that inspired the music 👉 by @bon_se1
