Los Nogales, Colombia Strawberry candy | Raspberry Jam | Tutti-frutti

Finca Los Nogales is synonymous for incredibly high quality coffees, producing new and unique varietals, processing methods and flavour profiles. This particular lot, named Red Fruit Passion, is a Tabi varietal, processed using a variety of modern methods, each designed to highlight and accentuate the tropical and candy-like cup profile of this coffee. For this lot, the coffee goes through fermentation with yeast, microorganisms from coffee must, as well as a thermal-shock method, designed to lock in the complex level of fermentation in the beans. The Kithungururu Factory is located in Embu County, Kenya. The factory serves local smallholder farmers who cultivate SL 28, SL 34, and Ruiru 11 varieties and deliver their cherries to the wet mill during the harvest season. Training and support is provided to the farmers to help push quality each harvest. Farmers are encouraged to follow recommended production practices, including pruning, weeding, fertilization, mulching, and disease management, resulting in incredibly consistent, delicious coffee year after year. by @bonanzacoffee

 Jaguarundi is cultivated on the warm slopes of northern Huila, named after the local wild cat - Jaguarundi, known for its agility and adaptability. The actual lot is a culmination of several smallholders in the local region who grow their cherry on their land before picking and drying with the whole fruit intact. The warm days and cooler nights allow for slow drying of the fruit, that allows for more sugars and tropical notes to develop into the final cup profile. The resulting coffee is sweet and intense, with bold fruit flavours, ideal for all drinking experiences. by @bonanzacoffee

 Grape Candy | Red Apple | Mango
 The Danche Washing Station is located in Chelbesa, Gedeo in the Gedeb region of Ethiopia. The station receives cherry from around 400 local farmers. The local farms are located at very high altitudes of 2000-2300masl, which helps shapes the distinct character of this coffee. Due to the cooler climates, the coffee cherries ripen over a longer period of time, allowing for more natural sweetness to push through in the final cup.
