The retreat falls shortly after the Autumnal Equinox, so we’ll explore the theme of equanimity, the ability to cultivate resilience in the face of life’s changing seasons. ⚖️🌸❄️🌞🍁
We’ll do yoga on the deck overlooking the valley, enjoy sumptuous food, journaling, crafts, specialty afternoon classes, and optional add-ons including a tour of the vinyards and wine-tasting, tarot card readings, mini-massages, and more, as well as plenty of time to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views. Our day will close with a restorative practice and sound bath as the sun sets. 🌅

Went on a little NorCal walkabout to scout retreat locations at magical Mt. My brother died four years ago and I just now had the heart to throw a small Jess-Fest in the backyard at my folks’ house, where Big Jess and my dad built many skate ramps and much joyful jackassery has transpired. It was lovely to gather to laugh and cuss and cry and remember how much we love the beautiful badass broken perfect person he was.
