A morning filled with movement, connection, and community 🤍✨

Our Mommy & Me Pilates class was the perfect reminder that motherhood doesn’t have to be done alone. We moved our bodies, spent time with our little ones, connected with other moms, and stayed after class for an insightful conversation with a Speech Language Pathologist @alanashebs on early communication and development.
