Immediate implant in the mandibular molar site

30 y/o male presented with vague left mandibular pain. Clinical testing + CBCT confirmed a non-restorable molar with apical infection.

Patient elected extraction + immediate implant placement to minimize treatment time and visits.
Atraumatic extraction → thorough debridement → implant placed with excellent primary stability.
Post-op radiograph confirms ideal 3D position and engagement.

Patient left happy and already planning the restorative phase.

Simple case. Predictable outcome when the site is managed correctly.

Posterior implant placement 🦷
Patient missing a molar, restored with a single implant for function and stability.
Implants help preserve bone and maintain proper bite over time.
Clean, straightforward case.
