The bone broth is better when it’s always ready.

Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. Label your bag with the freeze date, expiration date, and flavour. Freeze at -18°C or below for up to 60 days. When you need it, reheat 8 to 10 cubes in a pot for five minutes.

One cup, always ready. Nothing wasted.

Why glass.

No plastic. Resealable. Use half, put the rest back.
Reusable. The jar is yours to keep.

When the broth sets like jelly in the fridge,
you know it is the real thing.

Glass or pouch. Same broth.

Some of you prefer glass. No plastic, resealable, reusable.
Some of you prefer pouches. Lighter, freeze flat, easy to store.

Both work. Same slow-cooked recipe either way.
