You don’t think you’re gonna miss all the bullshit until you’re out.
I remember being a kid watching Independence Day and Top Gun. Growing up next to VAFB, I watched jets and rockets take off and was completely inspired. I knew that one day I wanted to serve.
I salute every man and woman in uniform who is willing to put their life at risk.
Never would I have imagined I’d become a mean, green fighting machine. 😂 But I didn’t do it for a politician. I did it because I believed in protecting us from enemies, foreign and domestic.

There was a time when I didn’t think my life was worth much.

Boy, was I wrong.

The military taught me that I could push through things I thought were impossible. It taught me how much pain the body and mind can endure when quitting isn’t an option.

Our mantra was:
“Pain is weakness leaving the body.”
My views may be a little skewed. I’m definitely not always politically correct. But in honor of everyone who served, everyone who never made it home, and everyone who sacrificed something along the way, don’t take your voice for granted.

Go vote.

Not because a politician deserves your loyalty. Not because any party has all the answers. People are imperfect, and politicians are people.

Politics shouldn’t be a lifetime career. Bring in younger voices. Bring in new people. Question the people already there.

We can’t fix everything ourselves, but every one of us can do our part to make the world a little better.

Vote, participate, pay attention, or be prepared to live with the consequences of the decisions other people make.

Went to an airshow this weekend and damn... it brought back some memories.
Hope you enjoy the pics. Maybe in my next life i can be a fighter pilot 🤣
