We’ve lost some big faces over the last couple of weeks, Gloria, Tim, Dolly - all activists in their own ways, for their own causes and I wonder how many we can lose from the older generation without replacing at the bottom?

I think direct action becoming synonymous with terrorism has created a culture of fear around lending your voice to principles you know to be right, but I’ll tell you a secret - those of us fighting for animal rights have been tried under terrorism and domestic extremism laws since the early 2000s. This is not a new restriction. And we’re still shouting.

I wanted to remind anyone who wants to raise their fist but is finding the amount of work to do truly overwhelming - you don’t have to do it all!

Find something small you can make a difference to and stick with it. All the time.

Whether it’s climate breakdown, human and non-human animal rights, poverty and housing crises, racial equality, mental health awareness, LGBTQ+ advocacy, hyper-consumerism or environmental justice…

* Use your voice - Deliver the truth to anyone in your world who will listen.

* Disrupt and resist - Strike, boycott, demonstrate. We're the stone in the gear of the clockwork.

* Join groups or collectives - Our power comes from unity and mobilisation. And the empathy of people we can trust.

* Fuck the hate machine - Move your money from institutions that promote harm, war, injustice.

And for the love of all of it, reduce your meat and animal produce consumption. That one thing alone makes such a vast difference we might even have a chance.
Meat currently accounts for 60% of the food sectors global climate footprint.
And just eating meat on weekdays could save the NHS £2.2b annually.

Hayes is TEN!

A little slower, a little greyer, but still making it to the fridge in 0.3 seconds if someone even looks at the cheese.

Swipe to reverse time... 😭

Birthday sleepover weekend for the pal I didn't ask for, but got stuck with anyway!

You're a solid 6.5/10...

....and I wouldn't have survived down here as long without you x

Got back in the booth for @phinius_gage last week - dope day with top pals (oh, and Mike).

Also wrestled out some quick new promo shots but you'll have to wait for those - in the meantime can I suggest you start some aural stretching?
Y'all are NOT READY for this record...
