WWe are a family and team of hardworking immigrants who built our success through dedication, integrity, and consistent work ethics.
We've poured our hearts into this journey and are grateful for everyone who's been part of it along the way. 27 years and counting!
We love our community and the city of Las Vegas.

🏆 SBA Winners of Best Family-Owned Restaurant of the Year 🏆Ninfa, Timo, Raúl, and Jesús would like to thank our ENTIRE family and team, who have helped us get to where we are today! You’ve all contributed your grain of salt in one way or another, and we truly appreciate you.

28 years of hard work and dedication. We have gone through so much together, so many trials and tribulations. A recession, a pandemic, and much more, but we have made it through all of it together, and that is the most important thing.

(I just want to note that the bosses left the event as soon as it was over… because they needed to buy steak 😂. Back to work we go!)

Definitely recommend the chicharron omelette and the chile relleno, and now they’re serving breakfast till 1pm we’ll definitely be back for @chef.chuy tres leches pancakes.
