Made some delicious elderberry immune boosting syrup from our elderberry tree in the front yard.
I added a whole stick of cinnamon, a whole bushel of dried thyme, white ginger powder, blackberries from our backyard, and cloves.
I poured the hot but not boiling tincture into my @yuntahoney jar to use the last bit of honey left to sweeten it. Put the lid on tight and gave it a super good shake until everything was incorporated.
It came out foamy, herbaceous, pungent but oh so sweet and delicious.. Me and Cami are just going back-and-forth trying not to drink the whole jar.
this was a super small batch about a cup and a half of fresh elderberries. Mostly to see how the taste turned out but also because we’re just at the beginning of ripening season for our elderberry tree.
Needless to say, I will be quadruple this quantity and making a huge batch for the fridge!
We just got over such an extreme respiratory sickness that came with a fever, not fun! Wish I had made this sooner, but better late than never.

This is long over due, been the busiest bee…
but I wanted to do it right and make sure the vision came alive #, and that it captured just how crazy and palpable our love is. This was my hardest edit yet
took over two hours
but oh my gosh your girl is feeling so unbelievably grateful for life bringing me to this world of friendship I could’ve only dreamed of has been the biggest blessing of my life

A declaration of love and gratitude for the ladies of the Shire.
These woman are my backbone, the quiet steady strength that holds me up in hard times, and the crystal rainbow drops of love that shower me in the good times. They gave me the wedding of my dreams, and memories that will last us all a life time. There was no wedding without these women, they came out showed up and put on the best damn party we all have ever been to. Each one bringing their own personal artistic touch of love and care to every inch of decoration, our wedding cake, flower bouquets, kiddy world, hair and makeup.. the list goes on and on. I would be lost in this world without my tribe of sisters, I love each one of you with my entire being. Cambria’s first time to San Francisco, and her first @deadandcompany and @billystrings show! Also Her first time riding the bus, staying in a big hotel (23rd floor) getting her face painted, and her first Jerry day! So many firsts so many amazing memories made.
I’m So thankful for our people, wow I love our friends. What a absolute treat to spend time in beautiful Golden Gate Park with some of our besties listening to incredible live music, a weekend to remember for sure.
