Meet HIBI (日々) 🍵

Over the past two years, your feedback helped shape every decision that went into this blend. You asked for stronger flavor, fresh green tea notes, nuttiness, natural sweetness and balance. We listened.

HIBI is our new signature matcha. Developed alongside our community. Crafted to be enjoyed every day.

Available in-store starting today, July 1st.

Our little cafe felt so much love yesterday 🥹🌱

Thank you to @greenhouseplush for choosing Bonsai for the cutest takeover and putting so much thought into every little detail. From the adorable designs and sticker machine keepsakes to treating everyone to a complimentary drink and a plant plushie to take home, you created something so special for our community 💚

And to everyone who came out.. THANK YOU!! With a line forming before sunrise and some of you waiting over 3 hours, the turnout was beyond anything we could have imagined. We know the wait was long, and we can’t thank you enough for your patience, kindness, and excitement.

Our hearts are full (and overloaded with cuteness!!). Thank you for making yesterday so special 🫶

From creating our very own custom matcha blend to packing your orders ourselves 🥹🍵

The same matcha you know and love at Bonsai is now making its way into your homes! Made with first harvest, ceremonial-grade matcha from Kagoshima, Japan, hibi was created with YOUR feedback.

Every order means so much to us. Thank you for being part of our little journey. 💚
