@fchwpo let’s train. WHOS NEXT? by @boogz508

I’ve known and coached Lionel Boogz Young for 15 plus years. He’s doing big things, show him some love and book a session to meet your fitness and martial arts goals. by @boogz508

Man, where do I start? It was a privilege to be able to help one of my favorite players all year, staying ready and mobile for the season. If they only knew what you did - the 3-a-days, the sessions on sessions, the mobility work. I witnessed a lot of your off-season work firsthand. You're a beast. You just believed in me to help you, and for that, I'm forever grateful. I can tell my kids I helped the great Jaylen Brown. Bro you believe in yourself and ya faith is unwavering on to the next my guy back-to-back @fchwpo by @boogz508
