I had SUCH a great Bookish weekend!

First, the book girlies and I went to Swill by Blacksmiths Apothecafé, which was soo nice! Comfy chairs, great vibes, Penguin Publishing was there to give out FREE books, @createdbytcre came by with coloring books and free coloring pages, and we were even able to have Free Shurbert by @sistahsweets 🤗

Then, I meant with my bookclub where we had an Amazing homemade brunch and talked about our BOTM, which was a 4.5 star read btw!! SUCH a great and needed weekend before I stared work and school.🙂‍↕️

WE ARE GETTING A GLOW UP!! The Big Room has the vibe I have been imagining since first coming up with this event! Tears were shed upon walking in.... it was such a powerful moment!

I've been saying in my interviews, "Authors are ROCKSTARS, and should be treated as such," so what better place than a rock concert venue!

We will be having customized individual author Q&A sessions on stage with our host Wallie!!! There will be a cosplay contest and a mystery raffle... you won't even know you entered the raffle! AND something I've been bursting at the seems about....
The Mythics and Monsters Ball!!! A halloween inspired romp with costumes, music, and dancing!!! Think ghost pirates, sea creatures, wolf shifters, vampires, zombie prom queens. Go all out!

This is all because you believe in the dream! I want to give my love back as best as I can to the readers and the authors! If you keep enjoying it, this will only get bigger and crazier every year. I love you all, and thank you for your support. I'm currently working on getting tickets ready, so it should be no later than next week.. Hopefully, sooner.

💮July (& June) Reads💮

This was a busy, but fun month! My reading moods have been ALL over the place!! Reading 4 books at once depending on my mood has been interesting, to say the least, yet satisfying in a way...lol.

Soooo...I did a thing...😏

I've Always loved how bedazzled books look, but I'm also very particular. I needed something new to do while listening to an audiobook and decided to give this a try. I was 1000% prepared to order another copy if I ruined my baby! 🤭 But it didn't come out too bad, especially for my first time.

Decided to do this Challenge because it was very cute and very much true...lol.

It sucks when ppl take the fun out of reading. It's Never that deep and the fact that ppl are judged for what they read is absolutely Diabolical. Just mind your business unless you're going to pay me good money to read something else. If not 🖕🏾 and ya opinions 😁
