POSTS STORIES REELS
My debut EP “Tribulations 💐” is OUT NOW. This is a collection of songs/stories told during some of the darkest times in my life. Forcing myself to search for a deep sense of “self worth” which is something I STILL struggle with. There were things I never really knew how to talk about. The process of this “self discovery” tapped into my subconscious and it sort of flowed out of me in a strange organic way. This project has been a huge cathartic experience for me and it was the reason I ever pursued music in the first place. I really wanted to prove to myself that I could make music myself without any prior experience. No matter how many people told me “I’ll never be good enough” or “I should give up” it pushed me further into a realm so uncomfortable for me that I knew the only way was through trial and error. Whether you listen to this or not I’m so fucking proud of this. Never settle and push past the things that are “scary” or “give you anxiety”. I wasn’t built for this shit but it’s fun to evolve as a human and do things you never thought possible ❤️ This took an army to make, army listed below 👇🏻 Produced: @novrostudios Mixed, Mastered, Additional production: @sightglasssound Stem Mastered & Additional Production: @stephanhawkes Photo: @ellestudios Art: @oblivionservant All music written by Robert Becker Guitars: Myself & @marty_loggins Bass: @bycheepi on track 1, @marty_loggins on track 3, Drums: Nick Marinelli on track 1 & @thelionheartedmusic on tracks 2-4 Keys: @derekanthony7 on track 1 & Kohl Arnett of @aluxesofficial on tracks 3 & 4 Additional Vocals: @brets_unwell & Giavanna DeMarco on track 2 & @thelionheartedmusic on track 3 #newmusic #bookofbeart #eprelease #prog #posthardcoremusic #emo #swancore #tribulations by @book_of_beart
“The Man That I Am ⛲️” is officially OUT NOW❗️ FULL VIDEO IN BIO ▶️ Insert a big heavy sigh… 😮‍💨. Here is a song that I’ve held very close to me over the years. During the pandemic I wrote this about time(s) when I was contemplating taking my own life. It’s about the struggles of valuing your own existence and being isolated from everyone except your own thoughts. Then the idea of ultimately following through with ending your life and how that would affect the people who I left behind. Asking the questions like “what is my worth?” “how will I be remembered?” and “why does my value change when I’m gone?”. Music was one of the only reasons I didn’t take my own life during this time. This is one of the darkest songs I’ve ever written and although it’s a sad tune I hope people find the honesty/fact that I’m still here continuing to try and better myself as a reason to keep going. Although I still battle depression I can honestly say I’m in a much better place now and continue to work on myself, always trying to find new reasons to appreciate my life here. Big thank you to everyone involved on this record! This summer has been extremely busy for me and I’m very thankful for that. I haven’t had a ton of time to look around and smell the roses & I never take pictures so here’s some kinda recent ones. One thing I can honestly say is I’ve never been more at peace and centered in my life. As I continue to work on myself every day, I see the areas in which I lack. When I look at myself in the mirror I know I’m living honestly within myself and those around me. Never settle in this life and strive to be the best version of yourself you can be. Do the work, you will never regret it 🙏 1. Ketchup w/my OGs 🧑‍🧒‍🧒 2. Dogs pt.1 3. I’m here for my close up 👀(Dogs pt.2) 4. My little Cashew (Dogs pt.3) 5. Crikey Mate! 6. BLUFFIN w/ my MUFFIN 😋 7.
