True story

Yesterday was gonna go to the meet and Greet at @massappeal @massappealrecs Massapeal Pop Up Store for @djpremier to get a record sign and chill with the peeps. By the way the line was crazy long people was lined up for atleast an hour. I got there like 5:10. And called my bro Vic Black of the Gangtarr Foundation and Premier Best Friend. He came outside to get me. And he was like yo they don’t have a DJ for the event. Do you have your laptop. In true DJ fashion I said of course. Just need to go back to my car to get my bag. Which was literally outside. I plugged up and played 4 hours straight. Nothing but real hip hop. Over 3 hours of just DJ Premier produced tracks. And of course as a true hip hop head I paid homage to some of the people that was in there. Shout out to @torae @marcopolobeats @statikselekt
It was dope evening for some impromptu DJing. Shout out to the staff over at Massapeal. Shout out to @_kaykiani for the help. by @bookdjmark

Almost 2 years ago. My bro @a.m.x.x.r hit me up and say we out. We about to do this Tour with @common and @realpeterock for The Auditorium album Vol 1.
We rehearsed for hours everyday. Planned out our trip and hit the road. We was out. Grateful to my bro for real. Make sure if you over seas check out him and Pete Rock. Follow them to see the dates. We definitely have plenty of footage. by @bookdjmark

Throwback Thursday. Yes this radio still do exist and it still works. Those that grew up in a certain know how cool it is carry your radio through the streets blasting on hot summer days. Recording mixes from @kooldjredalert once he came on through the airwaves. I am from this era. #riptomybrotherkev this is also in remembrance of my older brother. This is his radio. #hiphop #love #oldschool #nostalgia by @bookdjmark

Ochocinco need to teach financial literacy courses. I salute him. When people clown him for wearing fake diamonds and everything. This man was still a millionaire. And the ones hating don’t even have a pot to piss in. Or would rather look rich instead of being rich. by @bookdjmark

Back story Friday Oct 9. I was at a disclosed location. Teyana Taylor was directing her movie that will be out next year time frame. And just so happens @iamnialong (My Crush) was in attendance. Oh by the way I was getting mad compliments for my shirt. So the production team said you know Nia Long is here. Did you purposely wear this shirt. And I didn’t even know she was gonna be there. And her assistant aka the plug who got my shirt signed for me. Took pics of me in it and sent it to her. Needless to say she was smiling. But sometimes the stars do align and have to be at the right place at the right time. And since I am not gonna wear this one anymore. I did order another one. lol.
Fun Fact out of All the songs that mention Nia Long. Touch the Sky is her favorite. Shout out to the company that made the shirt. If you know you know. by @bookdjmark

Just leave this here. Pretty much self explanatory. by @bookdjmark
