The Rosie Project 📖❤️☕

Some books keep you guessing.
Some keep you turning pages.
And some simply make you smile.

The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion was exactly that kind of read for me. A refreshing change from the darker mysteries and thrillers I usually gravitate towards, this is a wonderfully quirky, lighthearted and genuinely funny story about love, connection and learning that life doesn’t always follow a perfectly written plan.

Meet Don Tillman, a brilliant genetics professor who decides that finding a wife can be approached scientifically. So, naturally, he creates a detailed Wife Project—complete with a questionnaire designed to identify his perfect partner.

Enter Rosie.

She is, quite literally, everything Don’s questionnaire says he should avoid. 😂

And yet, as their lives become increasingly intertwined through Rosie’s search for her biological father, Don begins to discover something his carefully calculated approach to life never accounted for: some of the best things in life simply cannot be measured.

What I loved most was the sheer freshness of the story. It’s funny without trying too hard, romantic without becoming overly sentimental, and heartwarming without being heavy. Don’s wonderfully literal way of looking at the world creates so many genuinely amusing moments, while the story underneath it all is really about acceptance, connection and finding happiness in the unexpected.

A different genre for me—and a very welcome one. ❤️

Big Tandoori Paneer Burger 🍔✨

Some burgers are messy. Some are cheesy. And some are just big enough to make you forget the book you were reading. 😄📖

This Big Tandoori Paneer Burger from @cafecoffeeday had a crispy paneer patty, fresh veggies, cheese and that satisfying crunch from the chips on the side. Definitely a meal that needed to be enjoyed slowly — and preferably with a good drink alongside it. ☕🍔

Because sometimes, stories belong in books and cravings belong on plates. ❤️

The India Way 🇮🇳📖☕

The India Way: Strategies for an Uncertain World by Dr. S. Jaishankar is one of those books that feels especially relevant when the world around us is constantly changing.

Written by India’s External Affairs Minister and a diplomat with four decades of experience, the book explores India’s place in a changing global order — from geopolitics and great-power relationships to history, strategy and India finding its own path in the world.

And the timing of reading it couldn’t be better. India is currently hosting the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi on September 12–13, under its 2026 chairship. With global leaders gathering to discuss trade, technology, energy, resilience and cooperation, the summit is a real-time reflection of many of the geopolitical shifts and questions explored in The India Way. 🇮🇳🌍

A thought-provoking read for anyone interested in books, history, current affairs and understanding how nations think. 📚

🍕 Margherita Artisanal Pizza & Blueberry Mojito at @khameera.official 🍹

Sometimes, the simplest dishes leave the biggest impression. 🇮🇹✨

Stopped by @khameera.official and treated myself to their Margherita Artisanal Pizza with a refreshing Blueberry Mojito. The pizza had a perfectly baked crust, rich tomato sauce, generous mozzarella, and fresh basil that let every ingredient shine. The Blueberry Mojito was crisp, refreshing, and the perfect pairing to complete the meal.

If you’re a fan of authentic Italian flavours, fresh ingredients, and artisanal pizzas, this spot is definitely worth adding to your must-visit list.

📖 Verity : By @colleenhoover ☕

Some books entertain you. Others completely mess with your mind.

Every chapter made me question everything I thought I knew. Just when I felt I’d figured it out, another twist pulled the rug out from under me. Dark, unsettling, addictive, and impossible to put down—this is psychological suspense at its absolute best.

The tension keeps building until the very last page, and even then… you’re left wondering what the truth really is.

If you’re looking for a book that will steal your sleep, keep you saying “just one more chapter,” and leave you thinking about it long after you’ve finished, Verity deserves a place on your TBR.
