What book would you choose to read again for the first time?

I know one of mine would be Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff 📖. I really want to pick this up for a comfort read.

Do you follow a sports team?

I do and I'm very proud that my boys went from wooden spoon to grand final in a year 💙❤️. Even though we didn't get the result we wanted I am still proud of them 100%.

I have a few comfort shows I watch on repeat but one of mine is Charmed. I watch it every year 📺.

Helidon by Nikki Mottram.

Welcome to my book review for the book tour 🥳

Welcome back Dana Gibson. It was lovely being immersed in your world once again.

This time we have a shooting at Helidon and the bikies are involved. A young girl who saw her sister being shot is now mute due to the traumatic experience. Dana is on the case to get to the bottom of this terrible crime. A commune is in question, cops are also very questionable. I don't want to say much more as this book was definitely great going in blind.

As always Nikki Mottram writes a great novel. This one was very hard to put down and I found myself one hundred percent engrossed in the story. This is book three in the series but you can definitely read this one as a standalone book.

I really hope to read more Dana in the future.

📚 Book Review 📚

The Wreck by Riley James

I flew through this one at lightning speed (okay well faster than I normally read). It was different and I enjoyed it.

In 1977 a young pilot vanished over Bass Straight. Never to be seen again. Fast forward to twenty years later the plane wreck has been sighted and on the remote island in the Bermuda triangle. A group of researchers have set out to uncover the truth. UFO, plane shot down or just a horrific accident?

I was pleasantly surprised with this book.
The excerpts from the podcast was a nice touch in between the points of view of Teo, Hannah and Malin. The island and the setting was well written, eerie and I felt like I was right beside Hannah and Teo. It was a gripping thriller and I just loved how different it was. The pages definitely kept being turned on my Kindle.
