Happy birthday to one my goats, my favorite wrestler and my biggest idol in the entire world Kenny omega. I’ve talked about how much Kenny has done for me without even knowing it on multiple occasions so I won’t go into too much detail but when I first discovered Kenny I was a very depressed middle schooler who was very insecure about herself. I immediately fell in love with his character and work, it made things just a bit better on those sad days and when my dad got very sick Kenny’s matches and promos or whatever other content I could get my hands on made me smile, laugh and forget about everything for just a short while. I’ve been a fan for 6 years and I haven’t regretted becoming a fan one bit

Happy birthday Kenny, we fans love you and hope you have an amazing birthday 🩷

I’ve been trying to figure out what I’ve wanted to say but there are no words to truly describe what we witnessed tonight. This was absolutely heartbreaking yet so beautiful at the same time

To the fans: the support and love will not go unnoticed. Keep it going. Share clips, share matches, share anything. Keep the memory alive and strong.

To the wrestlers who went out there despite everything: you guys are some of the most strongest people I have ever seen. What you did tonight will not be forgotten by anyone.

My top 20 favorite female wrestlers as of September 26. This list was super hard to make especially because my favs changed at the snap of the finger. I have a lot of people who didn’t make the list but are still a fav of mine. Only my top 10 are the ones that stay pretty much the same every time

5 years ago today one of my favorite matches throughout my entire time being a professional wrestling fan happened. I could truly write a whole essay about just how important and impactful this match was to me but I wanted to make a point a lot of people don’t take into account

I wouldn’t call truly an unpopular opinion since I’ve seen other people have it but I’m gonna say it anyways: not every match needs to have a big story to be good and this match is the perfect example of it

The story for this match was simple; a dream one on one match that people wanted to see for ages. There was no other parts to it, it was just as simple as that

And it was absolutely phenomenal. If you haven’t watched this match due me a favor and go watch it, it’s free on YouTube and you won’t be disappointed by @bookishgraps

September is national suicide prevention month. I have and will continue to be very vocal about my struggles with mental health. It’s not for attention which is what a lot of people unfortunately think when it comes to people talking about their struggles especially on the internet.

Mental health is so important to me and I don’t ever want anyone fighting the battle alone so I share my stories and struggles to help someone who is going through the exact same thing as me don’t go through their struggles alone

“Lib are you upset that he lost.”

Is a hypothetical question I asked myself. Am I upset that he lost; no actual I am not and your probably thinking to yourself how am I not upset especially because of how much I love Kenny well it’s very simple my friends

I’m just happy he had another chance

When the picture of him in the hospital was first posted I cried. I actually thought he had died at first but when I saw what truly happened my heart shattered into a million pieces. Yes this may sound parasoical but Kenny was the one who helped me when my dad was sick so seeing that picture of him in the hospital just reminded me of my dad

I truly didn’t know if he was ever going to come back so when he did once again I balled my eyes out exactly what I did when my dad finally came back home after 4 horrible months of not knowing if he would live to see another day or not, not knowing if he was going to see my graduation or my wedding

My dad beat the odds and so did Kenny

I don’t think a lot of people understand just how not possible this reign was at one point. He almost died because of his illness.

Is this a dramatic post yeah probably however I’m not mad in the slightest. I’m just glad this reign happened

And if this is truly it I am proud to say I will always be Kenny omegas self proclaimed number one fan 🩷 by @bookishgraps
