Aloha! I’m Bri — a native Hawaiian homeschooling mama and your go-to bookkeeper for all things QuickBooks. 🤎 I know what it’s like to juggle business, babies, and everything in between — I’m here to help lighten the load.

I help small business owners and mamas-in-business clean up their books, understand their numbers, and feel confident come tax time — without the stress of trying to figure it out on their own. (Iykyk)

Forget the stiff-suit stereotype — my goal is to keep your books clear and manageable, so your business fits naturally into your life, not the other way around.🌿

When I’m not working with clients, I’m chasing my kids, tending to chickens, or dreaming up big goals for our family.

Curious how I can support you + your business? Drop a comment to book a no pressure, talk-story style consult. 💻✨

As business owners, we’re told to wear all the hats.

CEO.
Marketing.
Customer service.
Bookkeeper.
Content creator.
Admin assistant.

And if you’re a mom too? Add another 20 hats to the list 😅

So here’s your reminder:

You don’t get extra points for doing everything yourself.

One of the biggest mindset shifts I see in successful business owners is realizing they don’t have to carry it all alone.

Getting help with your bookkeeping doesn’t mean you’re giving up control.

It means you’re creating more time, more clarity, and a little more breathing room.

And honestly? That’s something worth celebrating 🤍

If you’ve recently outsourced something in your business, tell me what it was 👇🏽

As an ADHD business owner, I fully understand the temptation to tell yourself, “I’ll deal with it later.” 😅

The problem is that “later” has a way of turning into:
→ months of uncategorized transactions
→ wondering where your money went
→ tax season stress
→ a bookkeeping cleanup you wish you had started sooner

And trust me, there’s zero judgment here. Most of my cleanup clients start with one of these exact thoughts.

The good news?

You don’t need perfect books. You don’t need a finance degree. You don’t need a full day blocked off on your calendar.

You just need to start.

Which one of these have you caught yourself saying? 👀

Okayyyy we need to have an uncomfortable conversation about mixing business + personal finances 😅

Because I know it feels easier in the moment.

One card. One account. One less thing to think about.

But when tax season comes around? 😭
Now we’re sorting through Target runs, Starbucks, business expenses, random Amazon purchases, and trying to remember what was actually for the business.

And trust me — as an ADHD business owner, I GET how easy it is for things to slowly start mixing together.

But separating your finances is one of the simplest ways to:
→ make bookkeeping easier
→ understand your numbers better
→ reduce tax season stress

No shame if your books are currently a little chaotic. Honestly, most of my cleanup clients start here 🤍

First of all — extending your taxes does NOT make you a bad business owner 😅

Honestly? A lot of overwhelmed small business owners (especially moms juggling 47 things at once) end up needing extra time.

BUT… filing an extension is not the same thing as avoiding your books until September/October 😬

If you extended this year, here’s what I’d focus on NOW:

→ Get your bookkeeping caught up month by month
→ Stop using your personal account for business if you still are 👀
→ Start organizing receipts + missing transactions now, not later
→ Figure out roughly what you might owe so there are no scary surprises
→ Put simple systems in place so next tax season feels less chaotic

You do NOT need to fix everything overnight.

You just need a plan.

And if your ADHD brain has been avoiding your books because it feels overwhelming… I promise you’re not the only one 🤍

Small business owners 🤍 consider this your Monday money check-in from your friendly neighborhood bookkeeper.😌

If you’re reviewing these reports monthly already, I’m proud of you because honestly… most business owners avoid them 😅

But these reports tell you SO much about your business:
→ what’s making money
→ where your cash is going
→ who still owes you money
→ what bills are coming up

And if your books aren’t organized enough to even run these reports yet… that’s okay too 👀

That’s literally what I’m here for.🫶🏽

This service-based business owner came to me because when her CPA asked for expenses, she knew she had write-offs… she just hadn’t been tracking them 😅

And honestly? I see this all the time with Hawaii small business owners.

Once I cleaned up her books, we found:

→ business expenses paid from her personal account that were never recorded
→ merchant fees categorized incorrectly

Just those two fixes uncovered over $4,000 in missed write-offs 💸

Clean books = fewer missed deductions at tax time.

DM me to schedule a discovery call! Let’s get your books cleaned up too! 😍

Your bank account only tells you how much money is sitting there right now 💰

Your P&L tells you the stuff that actually matters, like:

→ Is my business actually profitable?
→ How much can I afford to pay myself?
→ Where is all my money going every month? 👀

A healthy bank balance doesn’t always mean a healthy business.

If you want to make smarter business decisions, you need to understand both 🤍

Drop a “💰” in the comments and share this with your fav Hawaii Business Owner!

At some point in your small business journey, someone is going to tell you to prepare for taxes all year—and it’s not because they want to stress you out.

It’s because taxes can get expensive when they’re a surprise. 💯

When you track your income consistently, set aside money as you go(v important), and actually look at your numbers throughout the year, tax season becomes a review… not a panic.

You don’t need to be perfect.

You just need to be prepared.

If you’re a small business owner who wants fewer surprises and more clarity, this is your sign 🤍

Save this for later—or DM me if you want help getting set up. 💗
