didn’t think my pnw heart could go any farther north but here we are by @bookloreburrow

So far in 2026 I have:

-met my best friends beautiful baby
-had a beautiful pre-30th birthday trip to Disney and Universal
-started my school field placement
-finished ONE book 😅 that I started in 2025

Hubby and I set up the solo stove outside last night. I don’t think I’ll ever get over how beautiful and magical Alaska is.

How’s everyone’s year so far?! ✨ by @bookloreburrow

Hi friends! I recently did some adjusting of my account, which is now faceless. Thank you to my friends who have stuck around, even though I haven’t posted in.. months 😅🫶🏼

In the past couple months I’ve finished my first semester of grad school, made huge progress in my mental health and confidence, read some great books, spent quality time with my pupper and husband, and embarked on a marvel movie marathon. I’m currently in the 2013’s and watching the first season of Agents of Shield!

Currently on winter break not-so-patiently awaiting my vacation to meet my best friends’ baby and then go to Disney for my pre dirty thirty 😎 also currently reading Mate by Ali Hazelwood- I’m on the first page but I know it’s going to be great.

Happy holidays and stay warm 🎄❤️ by @bookloreburrow

Thankful for my husbands coworker that has great taste in books and lets me borrow them 🥹👻🌙 🕸️🫶🏼

Will be taking some intermittent breaks from the Zodiac Academy chokehold to read some anticipated Autumn books from my tbr! *this is news to you all AND to my sister who I’m (trying to) buddy read ZA with 😅

Do you all like to read books that reflect the current season or no? 🍂 by @bookloreburrow

Book review: Deep End by @alihazelwood

I’m OBSESSED with Lukas and Vandy. Periodt. 💦❤️‍🔥 I feel like I don’t need to say more but, this book was very easy to love in my opinion. Scarlett (Vandy) is a diver and Lukas is a swimmer, both are geniuses attending Stanford. There are a few trials and tribulations amongst each character, their friends, their family and their teams, but overall I didn’t feel my blood pressure skyrocket from stress or anything. I loved the communication throughout this book and the romance was 🤌🏼 at this point, I’m convinced I will love anything and everything that Ali writes.

If you like rom-coms with self-reflection, healthy communication, athletics, and a swoony relationship (with spice), this one may be for you!

Have you read Deep End? Did you love it? If you didn’t, please be gentle with your criticisms because my heart can’t take it at the moment 😂 by @bookloreburrow

A stack for Sunday 📚 I went back to school this past week, so things may look a little different around here for a while. I still hope to share something 2-3x per week, but for right now I’ll be shifting my energy towards classes.

Are you currently in college/school/training?? What for? :) by @bookloreburrow

Testing.. all in favor of it still being Summer comment ☀️ and all in favor of it now being Fall comment 🍂

I’m so excited for this 😂 I’m personally kinda in between! For some reason, end of August feels like Fall to me, but like a prologue to Fall, not the real thing. Until like mid September. Does that make sense?? Haha.

Ft one of my fav horrors, both book and movie 🤡 by @bookloreburrow

Question- how many series have you started but not finished?? I think I’m in the middle of like.. at least 20 series. Probably more 😬 I looove the Chestnut Springs series but got distracted along the way. I know I’m not alone but, show of hands, who else is with me? 😅 by @bookloreburrow

Celebrating the fact that I haven’t bought a new book in over a month- maybe almost two months 😎 a couple years ago a friend of mine once said “book buying and book reading are two separate hobbies” and that really altered my brain chemistry. After that, I just really leaned into book buying 😂 don’t get me wrong I still love buying books and will be buying more (obviously), but it has actually been really fun to consult my shelves and have a book for every mood, WITHOUT leaving the house or spending money.

What was the last book you purchased? Have you read it yet? 👀📚 by @bookloreburrow

Book review: You Again by @kategoldbeck 🍂💘 I read this a while ago and my rating was a 5 star. I stand by that!

This book was so GOOD. Excellent romance set in NYC that would be a fabulous Autumn read. This enemies to lovers romance is a tale of two very opposite people who unintentionally keep crossing paths. Yes, there is spice, but what I loved most was the element of a strong friendship. As the reader, we witness trials and tribulations in the friendship space, as well as the building of trust and the breaking of walls. The reading experience felt like a slice of life in the city and I wish I could read it again for the first time.

Have you read this, and if so what did you think?! 🍁🌃 by @bookloreburrow

Book review: Love Among Vines by @madisonscore 🍷💘🐕

Although I’ve decided to not use a star rating on this platform, you can follow me on Goodreads and Fable to see my star rating :)

I ate this book UP. Without giving too much away, this story follows Rett, a grumpy and stressed vintner that is trying to keep his family’s wine legacy alive, and Jade, a starving artist and bridesmaid in her own ex’s wedding. When the bridal party visits Rett’s winery and their paths inevitably cross, they both begin to reconsider the original trajectory they had planned for their lives. Madison’s writing is dynamic and witty, tastefully capturing relatable bouts of existential crisis, vulnerability, ambition and encouragement. This is a small town romance that I recommend to wine lovers, those looking for a feel-good summer read, and anybody who has felt like they’re behind or stuck. So, so good.

Thank you again to @hambright_pr and @madisonscore for enlightening me with this stunning reading experience 🫶🏼 by @bookloreburrow
