I hopped on the trend—wild what AI can do.

But here’s a real life update.

On June 31st, I put the camera down and decided to lock in on becoming the kind of car guy you’d feel good about sending your family to—the kind that takes care of people, not just deals. 🏁

Then July 1st, everything started clicking.

Not long ago I was a 10-car guy… maybe 13 on a great month. I’ll keep it real—I was even written up at one point for not meeting the standards in this business. Today, I’m averaging 17 units a month, and my best months are over 20.

But the biggest change wasn’t the numbers.

In the last six months, I brought God into my business and allowed Him to work through me. I’ve prayed with customers who bought and those who didn’t, because the goal is bigger than a sale—I want people to leave better than they came in. I’ve prayed for my business to become a revolving door of families who feel taken care of.

And we’ve seen it: July and August were record months as a team. Last month, I became Salesperson of the Month, finishing ahead of a 22-year veteran. That meant a lot.

But it also taught me this: where you are on the board matters less than showing up every day and serving people the right way. So I’ll say it plainly—I’m grateful for the title, but I don’t need it. I’m choosing not to let labels or numbers define me.

And transparently, I’ve been rocked on this journey—especially when chasing growth and opportunities. I’ve watched doors open for others. But through it all, I became a better man by keeping my head down, staying consistent, and letting God lead.

So I’ll leave you with this:

“Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might” — Ecclesiastes 9:10
“For the Lord your God is he who goes with you… to give you victory” — Deuteronomy 20:4
