POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

hi everyone 💚

this is a different sort of post than what I normally share. this is a post to introduce a project that I’ve been working on and keeping a secret. something that holds my greatest passion. watching this project come to life has been such an inexplainable feeling.

if you know me, you know my greatest passion has always been spreading mental health awareness. I’ve dedicated six years of schooling to learn everything I could about how to help others in need of mental health support. I know from a personal experience how tough of a battle, physically, mentally, psychologically, and emotionally it can be.

I started “Proud of You” with my boyfriend after a conversation of how we can make something out of both of our passions. The name “Proud of You” came right to me when I shared with him a journal entry I had recently written, that started with “and suddenly the words ‘I am proud of you’ held meaning again”. Since this very moment, we have been spending hours on end to bring all of our visions to life.

We created “Proud of You” to help break mental health stigma and to inspire others share their story. 15% of every sale will be donated to mental health foundations, funding research and resources for those in need. Our mission is to prioritize mental health, empower others to take care of their well-being, and to make a lasting impact on the global mental health movement.

I share this with you in hopes that you will follow along this new journey with me. This community has been the most welcoming and uplifting community I have ever been a part of and I am blessed beyond measure to have each and every one of you.

Together, let’s make a positive impact in the mental health movement!

Thank you. 💚🎗️💚 @proudofyourprogress by @bookswithjb
