Tonight at midnight the first single MOONBEAMS from my forthcoming EP PLEUUUUUUURESY drops. It was a love song for a wonderful woman. About the feeling of thinking of her while walking my dog down the Amsterdam in Condesa dancing on the little pixelated beams of moonlight coming through the jungle canopy. She didn’t like it and asked for another. I hope you like it! |||||||||||/ PLUUUUUUURESY was the first record made at @casadecopasm with @edothillman no songs, no structure, just exploration, after three hours we cut vocals and first take stuck. Hear in the words what you will. Our drum hero @ianyhchang happened to be available a year later on my birthday to drum on the record and promptly showed us why we had been worshipping his drums and production together all of those years. Mixed and mastered by @ziezem in Casa de Copas Studios. The dolby mix exists but is still locked in the studio on my hard drives. We’ll put it out later on @applemusic it rips.
