The workout doesn’t end when you leave the gym. Full Quad gym routine ! You guys asked for it, now time for you to try it ! These are staples in my routine, basic but extremely effective ! :Warmup Walking lunges x3 Adductor machine 3x20 :Leg press 4x15-20Superset Bulgarian split squat 4x15 ( increase weight after each set for both exercises, only increase if it doesn’t compromise your form ) :Pendulum squat 4x15-20 ( focus on controlling each rep , going full range and hitting failure- increase weight after each sett ) :Leg extension 4x15-20 ( increase weight after each set ) Single leg extension 4x15:Calf raises x as many as you can 🤭 :*** YES , my genetics help me build muscle ( thank you mom and dad 10/10) but that’s not the only reason I have these legs ! I’ve been working on them for the last 12 years, multiple times a week , pushing myself past my limits and consistently dedicating myself to building my physique!
