Ginger infused bourbon, corn water that we reduced down from leftover husks and blueberry syrup.

This is a rotating speciality cocktail on our menu that changes as the kitchen moves through food scraps. This is a great way to challenge us to make drinks with things that would otherwise be thrown away!
