New product online. Mango Matcha. Organic premium Japanese Matcha with the subtle aftertaste of Kensington Pride Mango 💚💛 by @boonorganictea
Beautiful weather at the Bellarine Farmers' Market last Sat! I've never been to Ocean Geove before and checked out Ocean Grove Beach and had the nicest Matcha Latte I've ever had from @bliss_and_co_wholefoods. It was so good that I will go back just for that Latte again, I was dreaming of it all day 😂 Also brought along home made choc chai marshmallows to the markets. Looking forward to bringing new flavours and colours next time. by @boonorganictea

Nice on brownies. Toastie was definitely interested!!! by @boonorganictea

This is such an easy sweet treat to make at home. Toastie rates this 9/10. Enjoy ❤️ by @boonorganictea
Good news, Choc Chai is back in store! Perfect weather for a sweet milky chai ❤️ Boon's website link is in my profile bio 🥰 by @boonorganictea
Toastie was too busy being cat today 😂 Recipe below Blend 1 cup of strawberries and 1-2 tsp sugar/honey Froth 60 ml cream, 30 ml milk and 1 tsp vanilla syrup until thick Whisk 2 tsp matcha with 60 ml water until smooth and lump-free Add around 4 tsp strawberry puree to the bottom of your glass Fill glass with ice Pour in approx 180 ml of milk Pour in matcha Spoon the vanilla cold foam on top Enjoy! This is an awesome treat to have at home if you have spare strawberries you need to use up! #strawberrymatcha #matchadrink #matchalatte #coldfoam by @boonorganictea
Why not both? 🙃 Recipe below 🥰 Add 2 tsp matcha powder to 60 ml hot water and whisk until completely smooth Mix 1-2 tsp maple syrup into 120-150 ml coconut milk Add ice to your glass Pour in the coconut layer Pour in the matcha over the top Finish with 1 shot of espresso (or as much coffee as you like) Enjoy! The contrast between the white and green is so pretty, the coffee disappeared. Very earthy pick me up! #coconutmatcha #matchaespresso #iceddrink #coconutmilk by @boonorganictea
Choc Chai, but next level creamy. Recipe below 🥰 Steep 2 tsp Choc Chai tea in 250 ml hot water (Add sweetener according to taste) Cool down in fridge Stir in a pinch of tumeric and 2 tsp sugar into 200g double dollop cream Beat until peaks form Fold 100g of thickened custard into the cream Beat again if needed Pour chilled Choc Chai tea over ice Add a dash of milk Top with custard cream topping Enjoy! This iced Choc Chai tea recipe tops chilled choc chai tea with milk and a whipped custard cream topping for a tasty, café-style chai latte at home. The topping is subtle and doesn't overpower the chai- perfect for chai lovers who want to try an iced drink with a twist. #Icedchai #Chailatte #Tearecipe #Tealovers #Afternoontea by @boonorganictea
