This 2018 polo 1.5 TDI started it's life as a 5 speed manual but we decided to do a 6 speed DSG (DQ250) convertion.

For the DSG swap, we had to retrofit ESP ABS module for complete and smooth operation of the DQ250. Along side the retrofit, we got traction control in the TDI Polo now!

Electric seats from a Skoda Superb were retrofitted in the cabin for more comfortable and longer drives. The adjustment range of motion is much more than what stock polo seats have to offer.

The car was also given a Facelift with a Type 3 kit making it look up to date.

We gave this 1.5 TDI a well calibrated Stage 2tune from @toxictuning after considering the mileage and the drivetrain on the car. As always, the tune was data logged and calibrated according to the owner's requirements.

High time to release the octi from the cursed DQ200 and its limitations! DQ250 is the perfect candidate for a fast and reliable build. This swap was in books ever since i bought the Slowww 2.0, i tuned and bullied the DQ200 till it’s flywheel started to give up. And as we say! Every broken car part is an opportunity for an Upgrade!!

The swap was fairly simple, just had to swap out the following parts :

• Axles ( Inner CV joints are different )
• Wiring coupler ( Different design )
• Gear selector ( Difference in DSG selector angle )
• Cooling elbows ( to facilitate the new oil cooler )

Had to program and adapt the DSG, special thanks to @toxictuning @engineeringexponent For the help and Support! It wouldnt be possible without you guys.
