Recently we had Genesis G70 3.3T AWD Around and we were wondering how fast the 1/8th mile was stock after finding it’s about a 8.3 we set out to see if we can make this stock car faster without “modding” it. After some research we learned about a “brake snip” which when the circuit is open it removes the stock launch control limiter letting you foot brake to a higher rpm instead.
After our first run it showed a significant difference giving that the car is still stock but now running a 8.01 while spinning all 4 tires.

Getting that work in.

Decided if I put the blower back on that I will down pulley again to a 3 inch. When I bought the car it was on a 3.875 inch (7.75 psi) then I swapped to 3.25 inch (12psi) for about 2 months while still on stock motor/transmission. Now that I’m building it it’s time to see what the 3in pulley can do. This is as far as I know the smallest pulley that you can fit on the Edelbrock blower. I’m expecting 15-16.5psi on this set up.

Good progress on the Saleen Supercharged 3V yesterday. Supercharger was pulled and inspected for damages. @saleen_4.6 is the owner of this fun car.

@boosted_3valve with the new pulley can’t grip what so ever but is still putting down a 8.77s 60-130. This is a fully sealed motor and transmission 3 valve running with even stock cams/heads at 12psi currently with small belt slippage but after a swap to a smaller belt and a retune we should be set to run even better.

4 things done to @boosted_3valve today first being porting on the throttle body, second was a fuel pump upgrade to a DW400 (415lph), a new upgraded maf, and lastly a 3.25 inch supercharger pulley.
