Glutathione is one of the most important molecules in your body, your cells produce it naturally to combat oxidative stress, support your liver, and help you recover from everything life throws at you. Alcohol, poor sleep, stress, hard training, all of which depletes it.

So people take oral glutathione capsules. Completely understandable. Except the science tells a different story.

In a clinical study, researchers measured glutathione levels in healthy volunteers after oral supplementation and found concentrations did not increase significantly suggesting that systemic availability is negligible. The culprit is an intestinal enzyme that destroys the molecule before it ever reaches your blood. Research confirms oral glutathione bioavailability is below 1% due to enzymatic degradation and poor gastrointestinal absorption.

That's why the delivery method matters as much as the ingredient.
