💜🥳 Meet Team MDA’s NEWEST Hire:

Rosalyn (Ros) @bootangfurever !

Ros is officially joining team MDA as our Vendors & Sponsorship Coordinator! 🎉

Working closely with local businesses to ensure their experience with our community is a positive one, Ros has shown time and time again that her passion and care for those we work with is unmatched.

Ros helped us introduce our Young EntrePUPneur program giving space for younger entrepreneurs to vendor with us at a discounted rate. She carefully curates local vendors who are well known and trusted, and sources upcoming superstars that we want our community to meet and fall in love with as well. Ros has so much more in the works for MDA, so stay tuned!

We’re usually better with faces than names. At Halloween Howl, we mostly remembered the dogs. Sorry, humans. 🐶🎃

Halloween Howl 5.0 had us looking for familiar snoots under all those costumes—and meeting plenty of new furry neighbours along the way. To everyone who brought their pup over to say hello: you made our day.

And if you thought we were only there for the humans, here’s something worth a tail wag: our first-aid coverage included dogs, too! 🐾 🩹We were there for both ends of the leash.

Our Markville 1050 medical volunteers Vith, Joey, and Julianna covered the event, with Bob representing the SJA Therapy Dog team alongside us this year. Getting out into the community is a big part of why we volunteer. Getting to do it surrounded by dogs in costumes? That’s a perk we really should mention more often.

A big thank-you to Greg and Markham Dog Alliance for inviting us back into the pack, and a special shout-out to Bob and Joey for their work on logistics.

Roll call, Howl-o-ween pups! Drop your costume photo and your dog’s name in the comments. Let’s see who we met—and who had us completely fooled by their disguise. 📸👇
