this character is probably my favorite out of the artfight bunch this year solely because he is based off 51 pegasi b, also known as dimidium. the first exoplanet discovered to orbit a main sequence star. dimidium is classified as a hot jupiter, a planet with similar size and makeup to our own jupiter, but has an extremely short orbital period. it takes dimidium only 4 days to completely orbit it’s star, helvetios [51 pegasi], whom it is tidally locked to and has a closer orbit to it than mercury does to our star.
